JEC Scholarship Eligibility Test JSET 2018


JEC SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY TEST (JSET) is one of such initiatives to create awareness on technical education and making engineering education affordable to all. JSET has been launched to help students who are striving hard to transform their dreams into realities. Under ASET-2017 scheme, we are offering scholarships up to Rs. 3.0 crore to 330 such students, who takes admission into AIATERF run engineering institutions for B.Tech. courses.

JSET-2018 will be held at School Level and interested schools could also visit our college for the same. School wise percentile score of all the students will be calculated on the basis of X marks and JSET- 18 score. On the basis of percentile score, student will be eligible for the following scholarships -

Scholarship Amount (Presently Tuition Fee is Rs. 77000/- per year) based on percentile score:
Category-I Rs. 27000/- if your score lies between : 90< Percentile Score <=100
Category-IIRs. 17000/- if your score lies between : 75< Percentile Score <=90

In addition to the above seats, 5% seats in each branch are reserved under TFWS (AICTE). Allotment of the seat will be done by REAP-2018.

Further, to contribute in the dream of our Honorable Prime Minister, “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”, additional Scholarship worth Rs 10000/- in Bus/Hostel Feewill be provided to all Girl Candidates.

Number of Scholarships available for Category-I is 90 and Category-II is 240. As numbers of seats are limited so scholarship will be given on first come first serve basis. Name of the candidates availing the scholarship will be displayed on case seats in category-I are not available then students may be offered seats in category-II. All the Test or Registration charges are borned by JSET-2018.

We will issue a scholarship eligibility certificate and letter to each qualified student and this certificate must be submitted to the college for availing the scholarship along with 10+2 passed documents.
